For case managers and placing agencies

A housing partner for Baltimore's homeless services agencies

When a client has a voucher or rental assistance in hand, the hardest part is often finding a landlord who will move quickly. That's the part we take off your plate.

Programs we work with

  • Rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing programs
  • Housing Choice Vouchers and other tenant-based rental assistance
  • HUD-VASH, through VA case managers
  • Placements coming through Baltimore City's Coordinated Access system
